I still have two P239’s. One in 357 SIG/.40. One in 9mm. I carry one of them a bunch. And. P229-1 9mm. All DAK. And a P230. My oldest kid has my old P226 and P225. I traded off a P220 that I carried for awhile. One Sig P365. Perfectly decent little gun it seems. I’m happy with the stable remaining. I’m sure they will outlive me at this point. Not in the market to “collect” anymore. To me, there is a certain confidence in the legacy P series. It “feels” like a gun that’s been there, done that. Ya know, “To Hell and back reliability.”

Simpler times. I still have my first handgun, the gun that brought me here. A brand new folded slide Sig P228. That was my first carry gun, home defense gun, competition gun...everything. 9k rounds down the pipe without a failure of any kind. While I still shoot irons in the age of optics, I've moved on to striker fired guns for everyday use. The P320 will never end up in my home, just no need with so many other good platforms to choose from now. IDPA ESP SS
