trying to adjust the sights on my 226 with the Sig .22 conversion. elevation ok, windage cant adjust, seem like it is frozen wont turn either way, screw will turn a little
Shooting a nice group just a little right of the bull's-eye
Any suggestions ?

Bump either the front or rear sight off center as needed. Just as you would do with fixed sights.
