This is the minimalist rig I like for the P365. Having trouble uploading my cell images.

The P365 is already minimalist as it is: it's small. Any pistol should be secured in a holster such that it does not move and it's well retained. A proper holster isn't going to impede draw: it will aid in producing a more repeatable, reliable, consistent draw by keeping the pistol secure in one place.

A good holster will also help ensure retention of the pistol, as well as protect the trigger from inadvertent discharge when both drawing and reholstering.

Remember that if you need to draw that pistol under stress, you'll need to be prepared to secure it under the same stress, and should be prepared to do it one handed. If you're using one of the little cute trigger guard clips that attach with a string, you'll play hell trying to reholster that with one hand, while coming down from an intense moment following an encounter or shooting. The little trigger guard clippy thing becomes a one-time use holster which requires time and attention to stow, to say nothing of increasing the possibility of discharging the weapon when attaching and stowing. Get a real holster, whether in the pocket (DeSantis), inside the waistband, on the belt, or on the ankle.

The P365 is already small, already easy to fumble under stress. Stick it in one place where it won't move and where you always find it by braile, tactile, trained memory, and that will hold it in the same place when reholstering one-handed. Anything else, you're handicapping yourself when it comes to the time you'll need it for defense.

The Raven Vanguard II is a great option for minimal carry discomfort. That's how I carry my P365 and it is very unobtrusive.

For me, I want to run a holster that I can feel safe and comfortable re-holstering under any stress condition. Since I carry AIWB, a good kydex holster is paramount.

Always look at your holster before re-holstering, you never know what could be in there waiting to trip the trigger.

Don't overlook pocket carry for your 365, it's very doable with the right pants and holster. I personally don't like the padded sticky types, I just find them to be a tad too fat. Look at Mika holsters or something in kydex. Welcome to the forum!

Definitely not going to carry with an exposed trigger and would be leary of just a clip.

For a real minimalist holster, I'd go with a G-Code Phenom Stealth. Very little kydex in the pants, but covers what needs to be covered.

Looks nice, but the gun appears to ride a bit higher than I like to carry mine. Is that adjustable?
