soxWho designed P320? And P250?
Just curious, I love finding out the history of the weapons. E.g Wilhelm Bubbits working on Steyr, Glock, Caracal, BB6, Taurus TS9 and Tx22. What about Sig?

.38supersigI think the names you are looking for concerning the P250 are as follows:
Adrian Thomele
Thomas Metzger
Michael Mayerl
Ethan Lessard
I was able to find a P250c that was made on the first day of production.
Made in Germany as a five serial set (frame, slide, barrel, box, & target) and it had seen little use.
The P250 had changed a bit during its production run.

soxSupersig, was your German 250 any different than the US 250s? Reason I ask is I thought the Origi al German guns actually had a DA/Sa configuration where they had a shorter sa reset?

.38supersigI've had 2 P250s.
One was several years ago in 40. At the time I could get 40s for about $15 a box.
The one I have now is in 9x21. Right now I can get 9x21 for about $15 a box.
Two guns, same purpose. Best as memory serves me, the German version has a shorter trigger pull and the grip has a better feel to it. While this is highly subjective, it can also be said that the proprietary rail on the German version is not as adaptable as a Picatinny on the US version. I have no plans to use the rail, so I'm fine with either one.
The architecture of the P250 did not allow for a DA/SA version, but I couldn't rule it out if given a little CNC action for a weekend.

ddownThe P320 was designed by Adrian Thomele, Thomas Metzger, Michael Mayerl and Ethan Lessard in 2014 and put into production the same year.
