Sunset_VaSharp looking pistol.
In the past, I owned 2 of the European heel magazine release 9mm P220's, both eerily accurate.
Think this is the first 9mm American style magazine release button I've seen.

220-9erGreat gun to shoot, very accurate. Magazines are a little hard to find.

MinnowVery nice find. I hope to add one of these some day. After falling in love with the P220 in 45, I can only imagine how fun a 9mm would be. Share a range report some day with us!

Udovery nice!

Il CattivoAh, most joy. Now you need a European heel-type mag release version to go with it. Either way, though, I think you're going to love shooting that.

jjkroll32That's a handsome classic!

WatergoatI love them, probably the most pleasant shooting 9 mm 's I have. Even better than the 228, which may well be the best all-around 9.

rock185That's a beauty, and you have very discriminating taste sir! Of course I may be just a little biased

In recent years I was able to acquire two P220-1 9MMs,KE and KF date coded. Still have one and intend to hang on to it.

got2hav1Very nice. The single stack 9mm P220 has a great feel to it. I acquired one a few months back. Congrats.

ScurvyCan someone explain the difference between this and a P6/P225?
April 23, 2017, 05:41 PM
Il CattivoThe grip on the 220 is a half inch longer, the muzzle is a half inch further forward, and you get another round in the magazine. If you're comparing the 220 to a 225 rather than a 225A1, there'll be substantially more room in the 220's trigger guard. Think of it as a single-stack 226.
