Anyone have an inspection form for P series handguns? Login/Join

I have used the search function as well as a general search of The internet and cannot find a good Armorer inspection/checklist form. Without recreating the wheel, does anyone have a good form/checklist they have used to inspect P series handguns? I posted this in the armorer section as well.

I have Bruce Grays and have been to the armorers class twice. I want a checklist to be able to document pass/fail and parts replaced as well as keeping track of serial numbers and dates inspected. I figure I’ll just create one but thought I’d see if a decent one already existed.

If you haven't already, google "armorer checklist" and a few will come up, mostly rifles but also a Glock, 1911, M&P.

Here's a buyer's guide posted on GrayGuns website. I don't know if it's what your looking for - but it came to mind when I saw your post.
