BlackwaterGot to shoot one to appreciate them. I had picked them up several times some fun shows. They felt top heavy, but I finally decided to give one a go.
Becoming my favorite gun. Soft shooting, accurate and reliable. I’ve said numerous times, it reminds me of a single stack HK P2000, only better. I like the position of the decocker better, the slide take down is captive and has a nice stepped bevel, the DA trigger pull is smoother, can be carried cocked and locked and did I say how accurate it is.
I’m gonna have to get on in .45 also.
Most single stack 9 are just a little to short for me, from the frontstrap to the back strap and I have a hard time getting good coverage with both hands around the circumference of the grip. This is the pistol that fits my hand the best, followed by a G18 Gen 4.

StradmanI’ve been carrying an xde for about six months
It is a fine shooter and easy to conceal both inside waist and outside. Double action trigger could use an upgrade but is useable . Shoots to point of aim and recoil is very manageable w/147gr hst.all in all an excellent carry piece.

What's the single-action pull like ? Thanks.
