Put a Hogue grip on mine. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it an 11. I used to have trouble with it moving in my hand on recoil but not any more. Solid as a rock and it does reduce the perceived recoil. Highly recommend!!
EDIT: Sorry, I missed that you are asking about the Lima which I do not have. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Hatchee,
I tried, but the sleeve ripped right away, even after following Hogue's directions. I'm not willing to waste more money on another for another attempt.

I like the HOGUE 'beavertail' grip sleeve on my P365. A little tough to get on initially but it doesn't move around when installed. It adds enough girth for my average sized hands. They recommend using pieces of the packaging for installation but I found using (slippery) WINDEX worked better.
That said you're specifically asking about a grip sleeve with a Lima 365. I can see where a sleeve may have to be modified in order for the activation switch to be depressed.
Have you contacted HOGUE yet? They may have a suggestion.

When I installed Hogue grip sleeves on my duty Glock 22 Gen 4, I used hair spray as a lubricant to help slip the sleeves on. It worked. Can't remember where I heard to do that. Likely that will help the install on a P365.

The Hogue grip sleeve will not go on properly if the light or laser is used. I cut one to fit around the activation switch but there is not enough tension left in the sleeve for it to stay in place. After you draw the pistol a few times, the grip moves out of position so as to be a hindrance.

With size, "L" hands, I haven't found any reason to modify the grips...and the accuracy of my example, defies any notions about tinkering...YMMv Rod
