Not sure what exactly you want to know. It's a German made and proofed P210 in 2019. BK is the date code for when it was proofed, in this case, 2019. CIP/N indicates it passed the proof testing required by the C.I.P.. "71" is the country code for Germany.

P229 AL572XX .40S&W "FRAME MADE IN GERMANY"

Right side of frame roll-marked "NPD3823". Legacy slide, no rail, 3-dot sights.

"Red Box" pistol, obviously LE trade-in. Sig will not identify "NPD", they do not divulge original purchaser, so I cannot identify the department. Black nitride finish, excellent (as new condition) overall.

Impossible to pass up at under $400 back in 2018.
