Sig P239 by Trevor Gilliam, on Flickr

I rarely find good deals at gun shows. I’ve been looking for one of these for 8 years. Would have preferred DA/SA but DAK in 357 is a close second. It came with 3 mags, 2 of which are still in wrapper. And a bumper sticker with the better motto. This is NOS, cost me $400-hell of a deal!

That's a nice looking pistol and price is pretty nice.

The DAK isn't bad - I have a 220 SAS in DAK and it seems like it's a long single action pull.

That was a GREAT deal

I am a long time advocate of the P239 chambered for 357SIG. The two just go great together

Great pistol and price.

I have had my DA/SA P239 .357 SIG for years and love it.

I can’t wait to get to the range today. The more I hold it the more I like it. Now to find new grips...and one in DA/SA.

Very jealous. That’s the exact configuration I’ve been wanting for years. I found some NIB P239s in .40 and DA/SA recently at a shop and even then would have been a buyer at 400. But they wanted over 700.

Great deal on a great gun!

I finally got around to getting a P239 this past year. Had like others wanted one for years... was laying in bed this morning and realized that one of the top guns on my wish list is P239 in 357.
I put a Crimson Trace Laser on my 9mm and it is my all time favorite carry gun.

As a side note.... I was at my gun club shooting this pistol as well as my Sig 226 with a laser and realized I'm just as accurate in double action with these as in single.... grip and trigger placement is more important than length and weight of trigger pull... at least at semi-close quarters.

Very many thanks to SevenPlusOne for the gift of the new grips. Looks even sexier now.
Thanks again.

Enjoy! You got a Great deal.

My first new in the box pistol was a P239 SAS Gen 2 357. I could have bought anything on the market with the CFOs blessing and I boughtthe P239. No regrets.

Congrats!

You will like it a lot. I have mine set up just the way I like it, Hogue G10 grips, and Trijicon HD sights. It doesn't get carried since my acquisition of a P365, but I will never sell it.
