Found 100 rd boxes of Federal Brass at Walmart today for $18.97 a box. That is less than I paid for aluminum casing 6 months ago. Is the price of ammo finally coming down or did I just get lucky?

This is a crazy anomaly that my shooting buddies and I ran across a few years ago. However, while we could never figure it out it persisted for over two years (even during the ammo shortage days). It's not always on the shelf when you go, but it is very real.
