Rick LeeDoes anyone make SWC ammo anymore?
Do I have to do my own reloading for this, or can I buy SWC ammo in bulk anywhere? I grew up shooting it in .45ACP and .44mag and always loved the perfectly round holes it punched in paper. I've never seen it in 9mm before, but I shoot that the most. I need to get back into reloading, but in case I don't, who sells bulk SWC?

Somehow only my 40sw shoots this way, I imagine it is the shape of the projectile.

RileyBlack Hills makes some SWC .45 and Wilson Combat has a line of .45 reloaded SWC ammo.
I’ve not seen any other auto pistol calibers loaded with SWC.
I think it’s mostly a hand loading situation for those. I have some .40 S&W SWC but haven’t been able to get to work in my gun yet. I’d probably have to ream the lead longer in the barrel.
Bayou makes some SWC coated lead in 9mm.
