I have a threaded 40SW barrel for my G20.

180 grain is usually subsonic, so it is pretty quiet through my Octane 45

I use an osprey 45 on a glock 22, usp and 229.

With winchester white box and no ears on it just sounds like someones driving nails with a hammer.

I have a sig 226 in 40, usp in 40 and kriss in 40.

180 grain are usually subs, like mentioned. They also seem to function a bit better than 155 or 165 suppressed
