I have a Silencerco Omega 45K. I am reasonably new to suppression so most of my pistols do not have threaded barrels - yet. I will be correcting that oversight in due time. I also have a credit at Silencerco that I need to use soon. The Omega45K has a 5/8" fixed adapter and a spring and retainer cap. Since I have pistols in 9mm, 10mm, and 45ACP I am considering getting the "kit" that has what appears to be most of the popular threaded adapters for the Browning type pistols with barrels that tilt during firing. I already have a 1/2" fixed adapter so am covered for that size. Is the kit a good choice since at present it seems that this would cover most bases depending on what threading I end up with down the road?

Really need to identify thread pitch of barrels first. Kit has 9 mm = 1/2 x28 and 13 mm, 45 = 16mm and 5/8 x 24 and 40 mm 9/16 x 24..
European pistols typically have left hand metric. US is typically right hand SAE.
Capitol Armory, E silencers and Hanson Brothers typically sell accessories at lower prices.

Common handgun thread pitches.

When you say you have a “fixed” adapter, do you mean a direct thread adapter, or a piston? Tilt barrel pistols need a piston, not direct thread.

The direct thread adapters would be used on pistol caliber carbines that are threaded accordingly, not semi auto pistols.

I don't know how silencerco does it but on other cans I have the booster assembly (needed for most pistols) is different part than the direct thread adapters. Most of the time in my experience its best to just buy what you need at the time you need it. These normally aren't in short supply and the hub dimensions means you don't necessarily need the can mfg. part.

The can came with the 5/8 fixed adapter and the spring and booster retainer but needs the pistons. Since I have several Euro pistols and American pistols in different calibers it appears that this kit will fit almost everything as I acquire threaded barrels. I picked up the 1/2 fixed adapter locally.
