Ok I have more or less convinced myself the Majove 9 has way less gas than my other 9mm traditional suppressors. But its still not enough reduction to make shooting a short barrel APC9K to feel like no gas in the face in long strings. 1 round great. 3 rounds ok. a 30 round string slightly unpleasant.
But the sound quality is quite good. I had a couple of people listen back to back with my other cans using 147g subsonics and the opionions are its very very pleasant. Tone and intensity.

I think if you get a chance to shoot a Vent 2, you’ll buy one. Whether you’ll think it’s better than everything else, I wouldn’t guess, but I’m pretty sure you’d be impressed.

I never have a chance to try in advance. So its buy and try. I would have bougth one initially but its seems very hard to actually get one...

I’m curious how the Vent does after a high round count. Since the material is supposedly porous, will it it get clogged up over time?

yes. they want you to address that every 1K rounds on the Vent2 by cleaning the porous section.
