HI, All Picked up my SRD9 can and I wanting to install it on my Kalashnikov KP-9 SBR

Issue I think will be fine but need to be sure, 1/28 Piston the threading bottoms out at .500" threading on my barrel is about .620" in length. So Piston bottoms out.

Will that Work?

Should be fine (make sure to keep it screwed on tight) but a fixed mount might be a better option if you can find one.

Put the piston back in the can and screw the can on. I think you may see less of a problem.

I don't think so, piston can only go on so far.

I am thinking a small spacer would be the Idea to be safe I only need 1/8" thick, all are 1/4" which might not leave enough threads to attach safely.

Does look nice on my P226 SAO I got

You are replacing the spring with a fixed barrel spacer?
As M4 said-shouldn’t be a problem.

In this case you’re indexing off the end of the muzzle rather than the shoulder of the threads.
