Bought a suppressor in March of this year. Signed everything on April 15th. Been waiting since. Have moved from Alabama back to Tennessee. Shop in Alabama says they can ship it to an FFL in TN once the stamp comes back. I won't have to start over though I'm hoping.

Under that scenario, you will have to start over. Your approved form is only for transferring that item from your current dealer to you. To transfer to a different state, you have to cancel your existing application, have your dealer transfer the item to the other dealer in your new state on a Form 3, and start a new form to transfer from your new dealer to you.

You need to find a way to get it from your existing dealer. If you have a trust, and someone on the trust lives in your old state, they can pick it up. Then Form 20 it to transfer it to you in the new state.

Some other options here.
