What silencer and/or adapter do I need for my P226?
That is the barrel I have. Now I want one for .357SIG.

If I were to follow this path with my P226 SAO Legion, is the barrel the same on SAO as SA/DA?

Yes
As mentioned an OEM SIG 9x19 barrel is threaded 13.5x1mm Left Hand.
A SilencerCo 9x19 barrel is threaded 1/2"-28 tpi Right Hand.

The issue not mentioned w/ P226 threaded barrels & pistons-
P226 barrels do not have a large shoulder for the pistol to tighten up against.

Your best option is to purchase a piston w/an internal "STOP" shoulder that tightens against the barrel muzzle for consistent concentricity.
