Are form 4 transfers for individuals any faster or slower than form 4's for trusts?
My check just cashed, sent it in on the 2nd of October.

It was First week of Dec. of last year. Received it back mid Jan. which I thought was good considering the Holiday timing.

I'm sure volume is up, but I doubt it's increased that much. Three month waits are pretty unreasonable.

Got my 4 SBR's transferred over to my Trust (thanks HeavyD) today.
Sent 7/01/15 Approved 11/06/15 Received 11/13/15
Still waiting on 6 more from my corp to transfer to the trust,then I'm closing the corp out.they were all sent at the same time .
