Question on checking the status of Form 4.

Since it was my FFL who E-filed the Form 4 for my Omega 9K, is there a way to add that form on to my ATF account I created when I E-filed my Form 1?

If not, is the the only way to check the status on Form 4 is to call ATF directly?

No, there isn’t. As noted, it was submitted by the FFL and only appears in their eforms account. You can call the number, but with eforms, there doesn’t seem much point. All they will tell you is that it’s “pending”, because if it was approved or rejected, you and your FFL would know pretty much immediately. Not like with paper where it may have been approved, but the actual form was still in the mail.

The only (semi) reliable way to watch F4's seems to be to see where they are in the calendar of approvals versus yours. They seem to march pretty much FIFO on eF4's. (not true on F1's). So at this point they are up to about end of March submissions. If I had a Feb I might actually call. But a March or later one there is simply no point as Dwill104 advises they simply will not tell you anything useful.

Purchase date 11/07/21 and just received notification yesterday for my Obsidian 9. I had forgotten about it it had been so long.

Inching ever closer to my next efile on 4/27. Maybe by February...

Efiled 4/13, got approved 12/23 - 254 days for Efile form 4 its hovering right around 155-160 days, per the Eform4 tracker page on Reddit.

Efiled Form 4 on 4/13/22 approved 1/7/23, so 269 days. One week short of 9 months for me. Of course notification arrived after local fun shop is closed for the weekend but then again the weather is crappy anyway.

My latest eForm 4 was submitted April 12, 2022 and approved January 3, 2023.

This shows why the Reddit tracker is useless. By the dates you gave, it’s over 250 days. Most of the recent posts I’ve seen show that people are currently getting back submissions from April, which supports around 250 days. Not sure what voodoo math they are using to get 155-160 days. Best to look at the submission date of recent approval to get idea of when yours might come back instead of some tracker.

Sent paperwork in via SS kiosk today. Wait begins on a OMEGA 36M.

They are making progress on April 2022 for EForm4. Today one approved at 260 days.

125 days in waiting on my TBAC 7 and 100 days on a mask 22. From what I can tell, currently they are reviewing paperwork from late March/early April so if the pace stays the same it’s looking like 8-9 months.

The last 2 I bought were at the very end of the paper forms and they took 14 months. 8-9 months sounds good to me.

Submitted 3 via eform on 5/6/22. One was approved 1/24/23. Hopefully the other 2 will be right behind it.

I see some approvals coming in from 4/22 so maybe they will be into the May applications soon. I’d love to have my cans in 4 months.

2nd one approved today 1/30. Filed eform May 5. 2023. One more to go

Eform 4 approved last week at 267 days.
