Have been trying to fill out one of these forms with my mac and it is just giving me fits. I can fill out pages one and two fine but then I try to fill in the CLEO pages and it will not allow me to insert text. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this issue? Any simple solutions?

You don't fill in the CLEO section of the form. The PDF auto-fills that data from the ATF copy/section of the form. If you 'Print Preview' you should see all of the fields in the CLEO section filled in with the data you entered in the ATF section of the form.
