I have not shot my Palmetto State Megalith in a while. I took it out of the safe last night and noticed rust starting to grow on the "fins" while looking down the "bore". Any ideas I should know about for cleaning/removal of said evilness? Besides a cleaning patch and solvent.

I be Real careful trying to use a patch and solvent... your best bet is probably to try and stop it from rusting any farther. Ammonia is good for that and try to figure out what your shooting that's causing it !
