Shout-out to Rugged customer service
Long story short: I wrecked my father-in-law's Alaskan 360 silencer when testing a prototype HUB weapon adapter. A design flaw caused a failure of the adapter, which damaged three baffles and the end cap. I told Rugged all of this, they arranged for a repair, and had it done in a couple weeks. The silencer is brand new, and it cost me only $25. They don't mess around. I don't personally own any of their silencers, but this experience will certainly factor into any purchase considerations in the future. Well done, Rugged.

Good to hear this!

I really like my A360 and Radiant. Might grab one of their .22 cans, while I still can.

I like rugged. I probably have 10 of their suppressors including two of their .22 cans and a couple of DA's and a surefire and... but I handled one of the 3d printed B&T's recently and I'd sure take a look at that and any of the other 3d printed options first...

I have an Obsidian .45. When it was new, I through the end cap and mount in the ultrasonic with the baffles and ruined them. Rugged sent me new ones for free. My email to support was requesting to purchase them and Rugged's reply was something like "we all make mistakes" and they sent them right out.

I've actually had similar look with a few other companies. If you just admit that you screwed up, a lot of them will take care of you.

as a curiosity question, what was the in the ultrasonic and what did it do to the parts?
