Certainly others have thought of this prior to me, but I don't find any active discussions about it... has anyone investigated or had their suppressor baffles coated in one of the lubricious coatings commonly found on steel gun parts/barrels? TiN and NiBX immediately come to mind. Would it aid in cleaning (rimfire) baffles after a shooting session? My Element II is awesome, but the baffles are a real motherb*tch to clean. I would think they'd hold the coating fine as they're made of stainless steel. | ||
