I have been trying to find one of Rugged’s fixed mounts in 11/16x24 for my Obsidian. Ever since I picked up my Ruger 77/44, I have been trying to find this mount. Is there another company/brand that I could be looking for that would be compatible? Thanks

I assume that you called Rugged to see what's up on producing some of them? I'm pretty sure a workable stop gap would be a thread adapter like this https://hughesprecision.com/pr...ad-converter-sku061/
I've used these before in some odd cases and other than length not too problematic.

Also is there the possibility that you can find the correct piston with those thread and convert it from a booster with a fixed barrel spacer?

I have contacted Rugged. They don’t have any sort of timeframe for when they will get more in stock.

Contact ECCO machine--if they don't have it in stock, he can machine it for you.

Completely out as in out of stock? Or completely out as in they won’t do it? Did you talk to them on the phone? It’s a husband and wife business, if you call, you’re going to get one of the owners on the phone.

A shop local to me has one available online. A few dollars more than I've seen it elsewhere, but he has one.
