Looking to buy P224 magazines for my newly acquired p224. The only one I can find is listed at way more than I can justify.

A 229 mag will fit your 224. Works for range use.

9mm. That oversight would definately clarify things.

Are you looking for 10, 12, or 15 round extended mags? I have all of the above, new and used, but they are getting more expensive, especially the 15 round extended ones. If you can't find what you are wanting, send me specifics and what you think is a fair price via my profile email. I am just across the AL/GA state line. World Traveler

My 224's come with the flush 10 rd mag or the pinky extension 12 rd mag. There are some guys out there making 3D plastic extensions for the 224 to convert 229 mags. I'm not aware of OEM 15 rd mags.

10, 12, and 15 (with mag extension) round mags were offered as 9mm OEM mags. 10 and 12 (with mag extension) rounds were offered in 40S&W/357 Sig OEM mags. There were no "pinky extensions" offered as OEM. The pinky extensions were aftermarket, typically made from a Pearce style base pad trimmed to fit the P224. Edited to add picture link to mag differences: https://lakewedowee.com/P224/M...eve_Comparisons2.jpgThis message has been edited. Last edited by: hiprollc, World Traveler

Thanks for the many replies. I managed to get 4 12rds mags thanks to this add. 2 more 15rd mags and I am probably set.
