I'm looking for a Tyler #6 for a Colt Python. Brushed aluminum is preferred.

this thread suggests the business is indeed challenged. I checked eBay and at present there are no adapters meeting your specs.

If one doesn't come up for sale, I might end up gambling $40 and ordering one. It's too bad that they seemingly don't have it together. With a classic product/name and strong market for revolvers, they could do well.

I vaguely recall reading ownership changed hands some years back and whoever bought the rights has custome service issues. I bought mine on eBay after suffering a similar fate trying to get one a long time ago.

The original owner, Mr. Tyler died a # of years ago. One of his sons took over the business and was running it as a "side-line". I haven't heard anything about it recently. I own a large # of his adapters, and got most from the owner many years ago.....went to his place of business...(Was living in Okla. City, Ok.)
