Since the 365 is on the cali roster, can this be shipped to California legally?

I don't think so, if for no other reason than it has 12 round mags. I wouldn't want to get mixed up with that. Sorry that you have to deal with it.

Its a moot point anyway, as there is now a sale pending for this gun.
