I have the above belt that is marked 38. Which is probably for a 34"ish waist. I need a bit bigger. Thinking one marked 40 or 42 would do it.

I don't have time to search their website right now, but I have sort of a vague, fuzzy, memory of reading that Wilderness will re-use your buckle and replace the webbing at reasonable cost.

You might check with them; they're pretty good about responding to email.
