Looking for a front sight for a Sig556, either the fixed HK style post or the smaller flip up version. I know there are some other options out there from Troy and I'm open to those as well, just need something to stick into a slot that's currently empty. I could also use some spare parts (piston, recoil springs, etc).

Be skeptical of anyone contacting you by only email, possibly claiming to be such-and-such SIGforum member, wanting either to sell what you're looking for or claiming to know somebody that has it and "here's their email address." That kind of thing is almost a guarantee they're scammers.
