I have for sale an X-change kit I purchased from Sig's store a few years ago. The slide came ready to go post-upgrade with the Romeo 1 already mounted.

I shot it only using the slide & magazine. I used it with a threaded barrel, Grayguns grip & recoil spring/rod. Shot 50rds, cleaned the slide & put it away.

It comes with everything from the kit. Case, slide with Romeo 1 Gen 1 red dot with its cover & magazine. The factory barrel is new along with the full-size medium factory grip, recoil spring & included slide release.
