Mr. Osborne attempted to obtain documentation from GrayGuns but was unsuccessful because they are unable to pull records by serial number, and need the name of the individual who sent the firearm in for work.

I am in no way questioning his honesty and he is relying on information from the person he purchased from that the trigger work was done.

The trigger work was what made me decide to purchase, and without confirmation from GrayGuns I must withdraw my offer.
