Anyone who has Microsoft Office that they no longer need or want to off-load.
I switched to Office365 so don't have any keys, but I might suggest an OEM key site like https://www.kinguin.net/c/12976/ms-office
(I have used them several times, but make sure you are comfortable using the activation site.)
I might also suggest OpenOffice.org or LibreOffice.
I've used OpenOffice.org for about 20 years, and LibreOffice (a fork of that software) since it came out. Both are free as in free speech and free as in free beer. OpenOffice.org started as a spite project when Microsoft wanted to charge Oracle an obscene amount of money for word processing software, so they made it themselves and released it to the public.

Unless you need the official MS suite I recommend Legal Beagles picks. I have been using Libreoffice for quite some time with no issues. Now that I'm in college MS Suite is included but if I ever get my degree that's going away.
Might look at OnlyOffice.
I believe you can store files on your computer without using the cloud.
