You can sell multiple items, and you know so, because you see others here doing so. Those items should be all in one ad. What's so traumatic for you about that? Let's conduct ourselves like adults, please.

I got an email saying "the rules" say to combine ads from 1231. I asked where it stated such and got no response back. Then I find one ad deleted. Not sure who is not behaving. Just really disappointed there is nothing that I could find in rules and I just get ad deleted. I placed 2 ads because items are similar but very DIFFERENT. I went with 2 ads to save anyone the confusion as to thinking it was 2 of the same item. Perhaps in future rather deleting someone's ad, an e mail in advance explaining the problem would be a better way to handle problems.

It's not written down anywhere because it is expected for those who use Classifieds here to be familiar with its conventions. There are more than a few forum rules which are not written down.

It seems you have disregarded the fact that the man took the time to email you. 12131 volunteers his time to deal with the tedious task of housekeeping in Classifieds, because I have asked for his assistance. If you feel he was misleading you or was being vague or that he was outright wrong, you could have contacted me via the email address in my profile and I could have clarified matters.

Classifieds is provided to members free of charge and I think that's a pretty good deal.

You’ve been a member for 4-5 years. You know the rules. This type stuff really irritates me. Sell your stuff and shut up.

When an admin/moderator/owner of the site advises you to do something, I take that as a rule/order, not a request.

By & large, this section is pretty fairly 'policed' by the selected members, and the general membership.

I'd imagine anyone who has spent much time here [even those that solely use the classifieds, maybe moreso those] would eventually see it & get the drift.
