I have no such email from you.
Well damn. I'll try it again through yahoo instead of msn. It's regarding my classified ad...
Payment was FINALLY received for today's deadline. Now I have to wait 10 days for it to clear. I think this member needs to be reminded of the rules.
UPDATE 02/28/17: Ron, I also sent a message to your new profile address. The check passed the ten day waiting period. USPS has the package as of yesterday. Let me know that the package arrived safely.
Tracking number is 9505 5105 9321 7058 0452 00
According to the USPS the package was delivered on 03/01/17This message has been edited. Last edited by: az4783054,
I know a little about a lot, but I don't know everything. Unlike to many others these days.
GTG with the rules!!
Might want to add to all this to not use Photobucket and why - still seeing people post classifieds with it. Or better yet a sticky at the top of clasifieds. JMO

I just want to ask, where do I leave feedback?
Can I post a link to my house in Florida for sale here?
Did I miss the post count rule in reference to posting in the classifieds? It looks like my post got deleted.
Thank you for spelling out what hopefully we will all follow, anyway.

EDIT: I heard back from Arc. He said thst the first communication is the controlling factor. Not the first person who says “I’ll take it” in the actual for sale thread. And of course seller discretion trumps all.
Just wanted to update here in case someone came to this thread in the future looking for the same answer
Thanks again Arc!
I sent a message to the webmaster email address asking this question:
I have an item for sale. One member contacted me strictly via email. He wants the item.
After this member contacted me another member wrote in the for sale ad that he would take it.
So what trumps? The email contact, or the post in the thread?
I admit I don’t sell a ton of stuff here, but this has never come up.
In the past I have always just gone with the earliest time stamp, whether it came via email or from a board PM or post.
I have told both interested buyers that I would abide by the ruling of the mods. From what I can see from going through this thread this particular issue hasn’t been discussed. I see Arc talking about the definitive nature of “I’ll take it” but that’s it.
What happens if you get two “I’ll take it”, one via email, and one on the for sale thread.
Guidance for etiquette is welcome. I know the mods are busy and don’t know what their general response time is. I’m hoping to get this resolved today so I can complete the transaction ASAP and pay for the new oven and microwave I need.
Member 1 contacts via email says he will take it
Member 2 post in the thread says he will take it
I told member 1 and member 2 that member 1 was getting the gun because he contacted me first
Member 2 says no way, he was first to post in the thread so it’s hisThis message has been edited. Last edited by: Kevbo,
