| I'm not sure where to ask this so here goes here. Sorry if not the best place. If a member posts a WTB ad and then several others suggest responses and sources at market prices and they say still looking too expensive (and bumping) is it acceptable to say what price would be OK for them?
“So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.”

| I'm not sure I understand the question. |

| I'm considering a purchase from a newer forum member who has not sold any firearms on the forum yet. The firearm will have to be shipped from another state from the seller's FFL to my local FFL. What is the best way to verify/complete this purchase with the least amount of financial risk? Is there a way to hold funds until the firearm has been received by the seller's FFL or something like that? No disrespect or suspected problems with the seller, just trying to be careful. Let me know, please. Thanks |

| Very well written. I operate an online shooting sports store and was curious if posting deals in the classified section is acceptable.

| Rules are well-stated. Can anyone comment about pros & cons of selling in these classifieds vs something like Gunbroker. I have done neither, so I have nothing to compare. I have 2 different SIGs to sell. Please advise. |

There are zero fees here and the rules are based on being an honest upstanding person. Transactions are easy because they are up to you. How you want to pay or get paid is entirely up to you. It is much more a kin to selling a neighbor some gear rather then running a store. You have just as much chance of being scammed and harassed on gunbroker or auction sites. You also have to do your homework by watching who you make a deal with, are they established members, and whether they throw up any red flags in emails or messaging. I come here first when I have something to sell and I usually knock some off the price because I'm not trying to run a business.
