These mags show up from time to time on eBay. You can set up a search there to let you know when they are for sale. Likely around $60 each.
When you get one, you can improve it with Taylor Tactical products. My mags have zero failures with Taylor Tactical follower and mag springs plus CCI ammo.

Yeah, I already have something like that installed on the ones I already have: it's not blue plastic like Taylor Tactical, but black anodized aluminum. Bought it back when Obongo was still in office, so don't really remember who made it.
I'm only short 1 magazine for a full Steel Challenge setup.
