I know this has been asked before but I am looking to get a Randall for an old bosses retirement. I really would like to find a Sportsman Bowie for him as back in NZ he would hunt hogs with ballers and knives.

Just looked at AG Russell and they have a 6-8 month wait.

Anyone know of other retailers with standing Randall orders?

Try Nordic knives, but none of the dealers can keep them in stock. You might get lucky, though.

Check Captain Chris Stanaback's website too, but you'll have to time it just right.

AG Russell has some in stock. First one on first page of Randall's, a Gambler-in Stock.

Page 2, a #1-7, my favorite. Low Stock, call before putting it in your cart.

Didn't look any further as I would be pulling out my credit card and I am getting rid of, rather than accumulating.

Arizona Custom Knives has quite a few Randalls, including a Sportsman's Bowie.

Yeah, several! That's why I had to quit looking at them.

I've had just about everything I ever wanted in knives and firearms. But I never owned a Randall.

Want one. but, I keep asking myself---WHY?

No good answer, so I keep looking, turning away and doing something else.

Nordic has a few in stock. They have four model 5s, which is a good, generally useful camp knife. They are similar to the model 1 fighting knife, but with single hand guards. A fine choice. And a scattering of other models are also in stock.

I hear ya'. I am now 60 and wondering why I need another knife.

However, at age 60, I bought my first Randall, a Gambler from AG Russell.

It is just an incredibly beautiful knife, in my opinion.

I am now on the list for a Fireman Special, due to be delivered in 2027, yes 2027. Smile

Wasn't looking for them, but the Knife Center has posted 6 different models in stock now.

Pricey, though.

Couple things I noticed. The two top ones on the page, a Number 1-7 (my fav) and another very similar one, have the stainless blades (for that price I don't wanna see rust or discoloration on my blade if I haven't been as careful as I should have been) and both had their top clips sharpened.

But, pricey.
