Throwin sparks makin knives |
I start every day with a cup of coffee and Sigforum. Although I may not post a comment or share as often as some, but this forum is very much a part of my life! I have been blessed with a gift and I enjoy sharing some things that have been in the works lately! https://www.flickr.com/gp/62799265@N02/C3h0H1 https://www.flickr.com/gp/62799265@N02/5c83n3 https://www.flickr.com/gp/62799265@N02/aT3v4i https://www.flickr.com/gp/62799265@N02/49d985 https://www.flickr.com/gp/62799265@N02/m13u25 https://www.flickr.com/gp/62799265@N02/1s7t3f https://www.flickr.com/gp/62799265@N02/88rAh4 Thanks for all the great reviews and thanks for the great business relationships Sigforum!!!!!!!!! They pop up/show up on on the hosting site - not SF page. "Pacifism is a shifty doctrine under which a man accepts the benefits of the social group without being willing to pay - and claims a halo for his dishonesty." ~Robert A. Heinlein

Ice age heat wave, cant complain. |
Sybo, In Flickr, when you click on the image you want to post, below the picture and on the right is an arrow pointing right, click that and it'll give you the option to grab the BBC code. If you copy that and paste it here, you'll get a few links. Grab everything between the two image tags and delete the rest of the shit. NRA Life Member Steak: Rare. Coffee: Black. No dice. Are you pulling the url from your browser window or using the BBC link within Flickr? This is what my 4runner link looks like, when you add that like between image tags " [IMG][/IMG] " the image should populate. https://farm5.staticflickr.com...245_6368708901_z.jpg NRA Life Member Steak: Rare. I'm Fine |
I've got pics on flickr too, and a week ago I tried and tried to post one. Couldn't figure it out...or it was broke. ------------------ SBrooks

That is an interesting profile with the spine dipping as it approaches the tang, and the jimping in the "notch." Must be great for getting a good thumb perch for thrusting. BTW, since you are in the Nashville area, have you ever met James Gibson? I took a class with him a couple of weeks ago, very talented and knowledgeable man. DrDan, thanks for the reply! I have gotten SOOO much great feedback from that design, I may have to do another run! As far as James Gibson; haven’t met him, is he a maker also?

James Gibson is a Master Bladesmith of the ABS and lives up in your area. My impression is that he is pretty active in the knife making community in the TN and AL vicinity, but I may be wrong. This space intentionally left blank.
