Wow, you designed and made your own knife, the blade development process is interesting! So I see the SS blade being cut out (pic #1, #3), and later it is blackened (pic #2. #4), what process is that? Food...okay what are some of the favorites of the Moscowvites, I have no idea, but food is international right...we all love to eat!

#2 heat treatment (quenching) 62-65 hrc.
#3 polishing
#4 etching in acid

Been on vacation the last 2 weeks, and
I've been using the Swiss Army Victorinox
Trekker quite a bit. It's got the standard
blade not the one handed model.
Great multi tool knife!
