Surprisingly neither Bark River or Blackjack have a knife like the gambler.

An original Gerber Guardian? I've had one since serving as a Ranger in the 70's, also used it for 14 years of SWAT. I have a second that I had broken the tip off but still works well after I re-sharpened the tip, though it looks a little weird

The now-discontinued Gerber Guardian Backup Boot Knife looks like a close match to the blade profile and intended use. They’re not super rare, likely find some new old stock with a little effort.
