Matt Studabaker over at Zulu Bravo makes some fine examples of user knives. I've been wanting a sgian-dubh for several years now for when I wear a kilt. Michigan law prohibiting double edged knives makes the traditional style verbotten so I needed the correct profile with a single edge. I really like the look of my Liontribe Designs camp knife with copper pins and liners so I selected that idea with a center mosaic pin. I prefer carbon steel over stainless and went with 3v in a stonewashed finish.
Project took about 11.5 months from order acceptance to delivery. I'm really pleased with the way this one turned out

that is a nice looking blade. Looks handy with that nicely contoured grip and I love the blade size and profile.
That blade profile is similar to a Gerber Blackie Collins design that I have, although your blade is larger.

LoswsmithI checked the SigForum by-laws and the rules state clearly that you must post a picture of you, the kilt, and the knife, all together in proper fashion. It's mandatory.

Rey HRHI do like the handle and the broad bevel. The broad bevel can make for a very sharp edge.
