Forged Swedish RWL34 Steel is a huge upgrade over normal knife steels. Useful number of knives for overall use and designed by a Famous Chef. A full set for less than one Kremer. I realize that made in China is a deal killer for some people. If you are about performance vs price ratio some of the Chinese knives are stupid good. I have a couple Cangshan's and they are very good. Better steel than Wusthoff and Zwillings for 1/4 the price...........DJ
