I stumbled upon a prisitne Kershaw 6055 CQC-4KXL at a local pawn over the weekend and took a chance on it at $20. My understanding afterwards is that this is a cross collaboration product between Emerson and Kershaw. I definately see the Emerson influence upon. My only doubts are the grade of the steel. Was curious as to the Forums experience with this blade if any..

I have the 6034 CQC-6K which is a similar idea. Emerson features with Kershaw production and price. It's typical Kershaw 8cr14mov steel. For that price you got a good knife to use and abuse and easily resharpen.
