Can’t find a lick of anything about it. I am presuming it is older which is why I am not finding anything.
All I can find are the Legion and K320 knives.

I don't know who made them. I do remember seeing them though. They weren't terrible knives, but they weren't all that good, either. A lot of gun companies market these tie-in knives, and they are usually average quality, or not even. Some of the HK knives, as an exception, have been pretty good, but most are not.

I know the handle looks like a pistol handle, but that isn't a great design for a knife handle.
