The orange ones didn’t make it before Christmas, so the boys got the white ones in their stockings. I got one of the orange ones hair popping sharp with about 20 passes on each side on a small 800 diamond resin sharpener.
Opening and closing the orange ones is slick compared with the white ones. That, plus D2 steel, metal liners, reversible clip, and rounded scales make for the orange one worth the extra $5 and probably a value that can’t be beat for $10. The white ones don’t feel like a good value even for only $5.

I've checked when I've been in WM the past few times, don't even see a holder for it, nor the white one.

Apparently guys are buying them all up and selling them for a profit on eBay.
Oh no! if it can't cut nails, I shouldn't waste my time.
Just picked up 3 of these. So far I like it better than the Benchmade bug out that I bought a few years ago. The action on that $200 knife was so gritty that to left grooves in the blade from opening and closing it and I had to return it. This 10 dollar knife is surprisingly smooth and if it breaks from hammering nails, i won't cry a bit.

Stopped in WM for a few things I couldn't get at HEB. They had 6 in the case, now 5. Took forever to find someone with a key, though.
Cursory look in the car in the parking lot. Feels light, like you'd expect from a cheap clone. Less positive of a lock engagement, compared to my old Enlan Bee I had years ago.
Might still grab a few more & keep them in the cars.

HUZZAH! After reading about this knife in early December and having constantly been on the lookout for same in all three of the nearest Wal Marts and finding them to be either out of stock or not available even after having been ordered, I finally scored two of them today! For the price they look good and are sharp out of the plastic, The number one dog and I will be headed out in the yard momentarily to do the happy dance of victorious joy.

I was in Walmart yesterday morning and caught one in stock. For ten bucks it seems to be a pretty good knife. I had to laugh because while looking around, all the scopes, binocs, and flashlights were in locked cases and the knife was just hanging there waiting to be grabbed.

All the knives & pistol/rifle ammo is locked up at the one where I found the knife in stock. But most shotgun ammo is out on the shelf

I was able to pick up a couple of these in the Trinidad Colorado Walmart when I stopped to stretch my hind legs. I think they are a pretty good knife for the price. I’m going to karma one in a separate thread.

I finally found an orange one in our local Walmart-mart. Feels a bit thin to me, but works ok. It will sit nicely in my vehicle until needed - I’ve spent $10 on less useful stuff…

Bought mine today. Many available. Had to prove I was of age to buy it at the self checkout.
Not razor sharp. Will run it through my motorized sharpening gizmo to see if minor stropping will fix the edge.
Blade to handle rigidity is laughable. What did I expect for $10? Not much, but this knife does make me appreciate brands like ZT.
Point of comparison...Taiwan-made Cold Steel tanto blades...far sharper out of the box. This message has been edited. Last edited by: 4MUL8R,

If you don't like orange, Walmart this same knife available in black, online.
I bought two to give as gifts to youngsters I know. The rack was full, several variations. Orange is a favorite of mine, easy to find when dropped, don't ask how I know.

Minor stropping (?) with the motorized sharpening gizmo made the blade suitably sharp. Now in the MINI Cooper Clubman as a tool.

Was at Walmart with my Mom and checked the website which said they had some in stock so while I was there I said what the hell for $9.97 and no tax told myself I need a cheap folder to cut the tape off of packages etc.
I wanted a black handle one but didn't see it in the case so I picked up the orange handle version. They have some newer models that cost 19.97 and 24.97 but at double the price I'd rather just get the cheapest one.
For a cheap knife to beat on and not put undo wear on my higher end ones this was a great buy even though I didn't really need it. Mine is pretty sharp out of the box not as sharp as my other knives but good enough for what I intend to use it for and it costs under 10 dollars.
Would not want to be on the receiving end but would not be anywhere near a top choice for a defensive knife.
If you guys can't find one in store just order online. It makes a great back up or throw away if it gets lost or broken.
