Got a new Battle Horse Knives Big Jay so I figured I'd post since I had to take a new family photo.

It looks like you certainly like them thicc.

I like the handle shape.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

I do if I'm heading to the woods with no axe. With an axe, it doesn't really matter.

Big fan of BHKs. Very nice collection. Do you have a favorite or one you carry in the woods the most?

Thanks! No real favorite but I seem to always end up back to one of the bushcrafters on the left in the photo. That could just be because its the first model I owned though.

For 2022 I'm going with Big J, slug, and laplander as my cutting trio leaving the axes home. Just getting old I guess.
