I need an attorney in Northern Virginia (Fairfax) regarding a traffic infraction.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

V-TailI have not had a traffic infraction for many years, but I remember when I lived in Chicago, there were a few lawyers who did basically nothing except traffic court.
Maybe go to court well in advance of your date, and observe. You might see a few lawyers who do a lot of cases.
What city / jurisdiction? A good friend's son is a lawyer in Richmond. He does not do traffic, but he probably knows somebody who does.

Rick LeeIt's been a long time since I went to traffic court in Fairfax, but I was there a few times 20 years ago. If it hasn't changed, you will see plenty of traffic lawyers trawling the hallways between cases, looking for new clients. For a reckless or anything more serious, the judge won't hear your case without a lawyer and the DA won't talk to you. You have to pay into the good old boy network. Observing how that whole process works is a good lesson anyway, so you should go check it out if you have some spare time. Otherwise, go on your local City Data Forum or Nextdoor and you'll get a lot of suggestions.

Sig Sauer KrautI have a friend that practices there. Feel free to email me and I’ll send you his info. His practice isn’t limited to traffic but he does handle that last I checked. He’s a good honest guy.
