NavyGuy, I use the exact same front pocket wallet, though I understand Saddleback may have bumped the price a bit. Mine is easily 5 or more years old, well broken in. It is a bit thicker than a fabric wallet, but I think that body shape and type of clothes you wear could affect how it feels. On me, I forget it is there. I carry four cards (DL, CC, CCW, and passport card), plus a couple of hundred in cash. The cash is, I am almost sure, the same bills I stuffed in it when I got it.

I recently bought one of these kinda on a whim through a MassDrop group buy deal and have come to really like it so far. Don't think I'll be going back to my old wallet.

I don't believe in carrying bills in a wallet. Too many eggs in one basket, so to speak. I carry my cards in a slim card holder, similar to this Coach Card Case which I keep in my front right pocket.

Bills are carried folded over (small denominations on the outside) in my front left pocket.

A pick-pocket (I caught one trying to get into my front pocket on a subway in Paris this past winter) won't be able to get into both your pockets unless you are completely not paying attention.

If you're kinda preppy, check out needlepoint card wallets from smothers & branson. They have almost every university or sports team and tons of activities if you wanted to "rep" something.

This from MagPul. Free shipping from AimSurplus.

MagPul Essential DAKKA

I had a leather one very similar to the MagPul for 14yrs before it finally fell apart. Couldn't replace it. Found in a shop in Laguna Beach CA. Anyway I replaced it with the above and couldn't be happier. There is also a micro version that has less slots.

I front pocket carry and don't even know it's there. I actually have to reassure myself at times that I didn't forget it.

It's been 6-8 months now of daily use and has a few more than it should cards in it. No problems. It has actually become more pliable from use just like a leather one. I would buy it again.

You can get a bi fold in genuine imitation leather like plastic at many car washes, your choce of dignified black or daring dark brown, for less than $10.

Any pickpocket with any self respect will be disappointed to snatch something like that, and likely give it back.

One will last 4-5 years and it'll probably be time by then to get your car washed again.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Something like this?

https://www.kohls.com/product/...nt-pocket-wallet.jsp

I have one that doesn't open up - just the mesh on one side with area to put a few cards, and a money clip on the other.
