When did you start paying rent?
10 years old. That’s when I started working and the minute I did the wonderful parental unit started taxing me. I called it blackmail.

Depends, I’d work summers for room and board as a farm hand from age 14-18
RentI never paid to my parents, but chores were expected.

Cook, clean, laundry etc.
